Big thank you to Raffin from Aria. I released the focus video yesterday but it had a glaring error in it. One of the things I pride myself on is being as factually accurate as possible with my presentation of Archeage 101. I knew how things were up to 4.5, but I didn’t realize something major changed in that patch. Raffin caught it in time before more than a few hundred views on the video had occurred, so thanks for that. Also, Raffin is the creator of several of the spreadsheets I use. I had no idea, because I didn’t see a name or a byline or anything. You can see the work that Raffin is doing here:
So, now that I’m in the process of working on the Classes and Builds videos for the 2019 Edition, I realized I needed to do a breakout video to talk about Focus [as well as another one coming that will talk about Critical Damage vs Defense Penetration].
The topic of Focus will show back up again in the Archeage 101 - 2019 Edition when the proper time comes, however, I didn’t want to wait until then do this one or the Crit Dmg vs Def Pen one so they got shuffled in on the old style (which is FAR easier to product videos on).
