PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Z254 is a neat, one-storey house with a gable roof that is cheap to build and maintain. The layout of the interior allows
the location of the house also on a narrow plot or side entrance to the road.
On a small area there are two comfortable bedrooms with a large bathroom and a spacious living area with a separate
kitchen. The separating partition wall can be eliminated and create a single-space interior. A place for a handy pantry is
planned at the kitchen. From the living room and the larger bedroom you can go out to the covered terrace.
The design alike is a relatively large utility room and lack of structural walls, which allows almost any interior design.
Simple elevations in a light color enrich the elements made of honey wood. The entrance zone has been distinguished thanks
to the use of a dark, graphite plaster color. Pergolas and trellies overgrown with vegetation will create a charming and
romantic whole.
