Jewellery designer Yossi Harari completes collection using Shefa Yamim’s gemstones

Jewellery designer Yossi Harari completes collection using Shefa Yamim’s gemstones A collection of pieces designed by celebrity jeweller Yossi Harari using gemstones recovered by Israeli miner Shefa Yamim (ATM) Ltd (LON:SEFA), has just been announced. The “Heaven on Earth” collection includes 31 pieces of jewellery ranging from necklaces and earrings to bracelets and pendants, with prices for each ranging between US$1,000 to US$85,000. Harari tells Proactive London what his philosophy behind the collection was and how the working collaboration between himself as an artist and the business-focussed Shefa Yamim works. News here too on what's special about the designs and why it's significant all gemstones used in the collection were recovered from Shefa’s Kishon Mid-Reach project in Northern Israel including precious stones such as rubies, diamonds, and sapphires as well as the Carmel sapphire, a unique gemstone that was discovered by the company. Harari, whose jewellery has been worn by the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Jane Fonda, and Salma Hayek, had initially intended to create 18 pieces for the collection, but this was expanded on account of the variety of gemstones provided from the Kishon project and their adaptability into a range of jewellery types, the company said.
