L2H - Day 5, Fish Pond in the Desert, China Garden, Darwin Canyon

Day 5 of 10 Day hiking trip on the (L2H) Lowest to Highest Route,

Yesterday we had visited Darwin Falls, hung out there for a little and then hiked back out to camp, This morning we woke up and headed back to Darwin Falls and climbed up and out of Darwin Canyon, which was a a class three scramle, after that we landed at China Garden with tons of fish in a small pond, and had a long hard day making our way to a Joshua Tree Scenic Area where we camped

The L2H is a 135 Mile Route Starting at the Lowest point in the USA (Badwater Death Valley) to the top of the Highest Mountain in the lower 48, (Mt Whitney.)
The route is mostly off trail and is one of the hardest hikes I've ever done!
