The primary focus of this 'Train-the-Trainer’ event in Baltimore on March 5 and 6, 2019, is to provide those responsible for training home health agency staff with information about the HH QRP and associated changes between the OASIS-C2 and the OASIS-D which became effective on January 1, 2019. Topics will include Section J: Health Conditions, Section GG: Functional Abilities and Goals, the Pressure Ulcer/Injury Quality Measure (M1311), and the Drug Regimen Review Quality Measure. This training will also include an interactive session on the use of reports to identify opportunities for process improvement utilizing information contained in reports available via the Certification And Survey Provider Enhanced Reports (CASPER) application.
