Royal Uk - Meghan Markle to opt for 'natural birth with no pain relief'

Royal Uk - Meghan Markle to opt for 'natural birth with no pain relief' The royal baby is due to be born in the next month or so and an insider has claimed they know Meghan Markle's plan for her birth.  According to a new! magazine source, the Duchess of Sussex has opted against pain relief in favour of "chanting" and "yoga coping techniques".  The 37-year-old is said to have everything planned down to the last detail as she wants to make the transition into motherhood 'as smooth of possible'.  "Meghan is determined it will be a totally natural experience and she's insisting absolutely no pain relief," they told the publication.  "She's practising a series of yoga labour coping techniques that mainly focus around breathing patterns and also chanting in rhythm to overcome pain."  It's not been confirmed which hospital Meghan will be giving birth at but it's thought she won't choose the Lindo Wing, unlike her sister-in-law Kate Middleton.   Instead she's expected to choose Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey, which is just 15 miles away from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's newly-refurbished home Frogmore Cottage in the grounds of Windsor Castle.  The source added that the former actress wants to make a "hasty retreat" home within hours, making Frimley Park Hospital a logical choice.   Meghan's meticulous plans will have to meet strict royal rules too .  When baby Sussex makes its appearance, the Queen must be the first to know.  So no official announcements and no calling parents or best friends until Prince Harry has spoken to his Grandmother.  The second rule is the town crier, Tony Appleton, announces the news to the public, which will probably coincide with a tweet and an easel being put out in front of Buckingham Palace.  The midwives will also be sworn to secrecy and she'll likely be surrounded by a huge medical team, all of whom will have to keep schtum.  Meghan is expected to give birth towards the end of April or beginning of May.
