SONY REFUNDS! Anthem Crashing PS4s, Leading To MISREPORTS Of Brickings | Banned Streamer UPDATE

Oh boy. Anthem is crashing PS4s, causing behaviour that has led many to believe their devices have been bricked. While this doesn't appear to be the case, the stability of Anthem has been terrible, terrible to the point where Sony have began issuing refunds.

Note: If your PS4 isn't turning on properly, you need to boot it into safe mode, from which point it'll rebuilt its database.
