To make a short story shorter, if you delay the second hit of Double Lift Kick (U/F+4,3), the full move only comes out on hit. The first hit is safe, so it's basically a free ticket to the launch party. I actually hit this first try after listening to Aris, to give you an idea of how easy it is.
