What's up EVERYONE! Here is a little insight into questions I receive all the time. What kind of snacks can I Eat? Do you still drink beer? How many cheat meals a week? My answer is it all depends on what my current goals are! If you want abs, you have to diet and train like you want to have abs! You cannot lie to yourself. If you just want to look and feel better, not necessarily be shredded, then Eat clean, and have a beer/burger here or there. If you are a competitor, hell yeah your diet better be strict! This is just my 2 cents on not over complicating this process.
