A Mpumalanga community's dream of becoming homeowners has been shattered. Residents of Uthingo Park in Emalahleni claim they're being used as cash cows in a Presidential Housing Project which is meant to benefit them.
They say when they moved into their homes 15 years ago they were told 25 percent of the units would be for rent to buy.
But this didn't happen and they're now considering legal action.
