Approaching the Scene 036: Nikon Please Fix This Z6 & Z7 Depth of Field Problem!

Approaching the Scene 036: Nikon Please Fix This Z6 & Z7 Depth of Field Problem! I find it odd that no one is talking about this one glaring problem with Nikon's mirrorless new cameras. It limits their ability to check depth-of-field in the landscape and Nikon could easily fix it in firmware. This quick video highlights the problem and I urge you to use the links in the full description below to let Nikon know it matters to those of us buying their cameras. Please share with other photographers as well, I for one would love to see this issue fixed.

Use the above link to either call or email Nikon and ask if they will design a firmware update to allow the Z6 and Z7 to show apertures smaller than F5.6 or lock depth of field preview while zoomed in to check focus. This should at least be an option in manual focus mode. It's the default in video mode, so it has to be possible in still mode too.
