This guided meditation is designed to come face to face with unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and sensations so as to understand them better. Observe and wait until the thought passes and one can see things much clearer; once the intensity of thought has lessened. Suffering is not holding us, rather we are holding suffering and to experience greater joy and freedom, it is important to release it. With regular meditation, we will likely be more accepting and comfortable with our thoughts and realize the impermanence of our emotions and everything else.
This meditation may also help center during phases of difficult times and connect with our “self” in meaningful ways.
