House Judiciary Committee Subpoenas Key Obstruction Witness | The Last Word | MSNBC

Judiciary chairman Jerry Nadler has subpoenaed former White House Counsel Don McGahn, who witnessed some of the most egregious examples of Trump obstruction described in the Mueller report. Lawrence O’Donnell says that this subpoena is basically the same subpoena that would be issued if the Committee was starting impeachment proceedings. Lawrence discusses with Rep. David Cicilline.
