‘Oh s**t, I shot him’: Police officer accidentally pulls gun on an unarmed driver instead of Taser

The man refused to show his ID over a seatbelt ticket and attempted to resist arrest by fighting the police. Officer Brindley Blood then shot the man, but claimed that she meant to reach for the taser instead of the gun. She was later discharged from the force and charged with aggravated battery. The man survived his injury but also faces charges for battery on a police officer.
