In this day and age of Real Estate, there is too much risk (lost earenst money, late closing, lost house altogether!) for you to NOT make sure your Buyers are working with your Preferred Lender. Your Preferred Lender CARES about you and your business, and is going to do everything humanly possible to close on time, and leave your client a raving fan of YOU! What are the chances that some random Loan Officer whom you have never even met, is going to do that? That is why it is critical that you become skilled at making the introduction and convincing the prospect to at least apply. Your preferred lender will take it from there. Even if there is some loose loyalty to another lender that whom they know. Get your lender a shot!
