被CNN盛讚的新式茶店 New Tea Shop Highly Appraised by CNN

櫻井焙茶研究所坐落在東京最貴的地段，店裡只有8個座位，卻常年爆滿。它上過全球所有最有名的旅行指南，被CNN盛讚。店主櫻井真也學茶有16年，他用獨門手法萃取茶葉精華，最鮮的茶連茶葉渣都能吃。他還創新出244種季節限定的混合茶，用茶調雞尾酒、做茶套餐，讓年輕人、外國人都愛上喝茶。

Sakurai Tea Experience is located in the most expensive area of Tokyo. With only 8 seats inside, the shop however is always packed with customers. It’s reported by the most renowned guidebook worldwide and highly appraised by CNN. The shop owner Shinya Sakurai has been learning tea for 16 years. He extracts the most precious part of tea leaves with unique skills and invents 244 tea blends based on seasons. He also blends tea with wine and offers tea sets. A lot of young people and foreigners are attracted by his products.
