Diablo 2 teaser 1998 - Remastered (Machine Learning)

I tried to remaster Diablo 2 teaser via machine learning, but it doesn't work very well. Source I used is already upscaled, blurry, a lot of dithering and compression errors - I couldn't get it any better without starting from the scratch with new source.
