Goal planning - easy and effective way (10 Steps for goal planning) Goal planning is so important because it gives us direction in life where we want to go.


Goal planning is nothing but asking yourself 5 Questions.
1. What you want to achieve
2. Why you want to achieve this
3. How you are going to achieve
4. When exactly you want to achieve the goal


Basic Steps for goal planning:-
1. Buy a good diary
2. Write down all the dreams and goals in it.
-Physical -Professional -Personal -Social -Family -Spiritual -Educational
And make a vision of your life.
3. Take a deep breath and relax after writing all your dreams.
4. Take each dream and ask why you want to achieve this dream (Write down question and 4-5 answer) which strengthen your dream achievement thinking.
5. Write down actionable actions
a) Steps to achieve that goal
b) Obstacles you may face in that goal
c) Possible solutions of that obstacle
d) People name who will support you in that goal achievement
e) Knowledge you will need in that goal achievement
6. When exactly you want to achieve that goal - Make it time bound.
8. Take top 10 goals and make a card of those goals which will impact positively your life in next one year.
9. Make a vision board or visualization video to visualize your goals every morning and evening (Night before sleep).
10. Take a first step after finishing this process because that is the most important thing. Taking Action.
