GrubHub Announces NEW Pay Model, That INCLUDES TIME PAY!!!!

I share the email I received from GrubHub today, sharing details of a NEW PAY MODEL that they will be rolling out in Phoenix, and other markets Monday, May 6th. They are now including TIME PAY, but does that mean the pay is increasing? I share details from a similar pay model that's been going on for almost two months now, and WHY they might not be increasing driver pay WHATSOEVER!!!!
