How I self-inject Orencia Medication (with bonus life hack for injecting with thumb pain)

In this video I break down the steps for giving oneself an injection of Orencia. I also provide a life hack for injecting medications when your thumb hurts.

Here are the steps in order:
1) Let the medication come to room temperature
2) Gather your materials
3) Wash hands and prep materials
4) Clean the injection site
5) Actually inject it (this is where the life hack occurs - minute 2:25)
6) Clean up
