The Health Ministry, working with other health agencies, have impounded over 1,000 boxes of assorted medicines in an operations conducted in Eastern and central Uganda this year. The medicines were retrieved from various places including open markets, peoples’ homes and drug shops among others. Addressing the media on the matter, the State Minister health Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng said the ongoing operation would cover the whole country, to rid it of illegal drug dealers #NTVNews
