Prime Time With Ravish, May 13, 2019 | Fact-Checks On PM Modi's Comments On Digital Camera, E-Mail In an interview to News Nation, PM Modi said that he used a digital camera in 1987-88 to click a colour photo of BJP veteran LK Advani and also appeared to imply that he used email at the time. Talking about the Balakot strikes, he said that he had suggested with his "raw wisdom", that the strikes must not be put off because of bad weather as "clouds can help Indian fighter planes escape the radar". The claims have sent Twitter into a debate over middle-school facts - on when digital camera was invented, when email was first available and also about radar's capabilities of 'seeing through' clouds.
