(REF: 109) Frac ball failed to seat correctly

DHVI were called to aid a client in an urgent wellbore camera inspection following a dropped Frac Ball which failed to seat correctly. The Frac Crew was already on location making it a very expensive waiting game! The Capture Camera was pumped down with the caliper to investigate potential issues. Immediately it was evident that some cement or formation had come up from below and blocked the wellbore, preventing the ball from seating in the port. The caliper was logged out of the well and no other deformation or buckling issues were seen.
