People who struggle with mental disorders are often times stigmatized as shameful, broken, negative, incapable of normal life, and many other negative correlations. The question is, why do we have these stigmatizing thoughts about these individuals, and how can we change this perception?
This video seeks to open the dialogue and offer suggestions to you and our society as a whole as we seek to decrease the stigma of menta illness.
