10 Minute Yoga For Inflexible People | Beginner Yoga This is a 10 minute yoga flow for inflexible bodies. perfect beginner yoga for anyone who does not have a very flexible body, someone who can't quite touch their toes or sit cross legged who would like to begin gaining that flexibility. If you feel like you can't follow along to other yoga classes that don't necessarily modify or offer modifications for anyone with little to no flexibility this is the yoga practice for you!

This class is great for those just beginning yoga however anyone can join this yoga class no matter what level. If you feel you do not need any props simply go without and enjoy.

Join me in the 10 minute beginner friendly class to help stretch the hips, back, neck and arms. Practice this yoga class in the morning, mid day or evening, this will have your body feeling super open and relaxed.
