Japan issues tsunami warning after earthquake

Japan has issued a tsunami warning after a 6.5-magnitude quake hit off the coast of Yamagata. The Japan Meteorological Agency said a one-metre wave is expected to hit the coast of the Sea of Japan, north of Tokyo.
