The penny shopping game just changed in a BIG WAY! Huge new update that is rolling out from Dollar General! Their DG GO app just updated as a price checker! Not all stores have rolled out yet, but the majority in my area now have it. There was a little glitch that I caught where it worked for a split second in a "non working" store, so that tells me it may be rolling out to all stores shortly!
I used it for the first time today and I was able to score quite a few surprise pennies! The nice thing about this app is that it reads the prices from the stores so you don't have to worry about an item being a penny or not anymore - you can price check it and see before heading to checkout! YASSSS!!!
