The Excise Minister and Telangana Gazetted Officers Association (TGOA) founder president V. Srinivas Goud said that the PRC was left out of the Chief Minister and it was expected that the PCC would be given to employees better than the previous one. Employees' concerns and demands are assured to the CM KCR.
