WHAT MY VEGAN BABY ATE TODAY full breakdown:
Breastmilk in bed
Breakfast:
1/4 cup frozen organic raspberries
1 cup of Smoothie as seen in the video
Snack:
Breastmilk
2 handfuls of olives
1.5 Brazil nut
Bites of peaches
1 pear
1/2 rice cracker with peanut butter
Lunch:
Handful or so of blueberries
1/2 piece of bread with organic butternut hummus
5 or so cherry tomatoes
2 pieces of tofu
1/2 small hazelnut cookie
2 cherries dipped in peanut butter
Snack:
1/2 banana
1/4 sheet of nori
a handful of frozen raspberries
a lady also gave him half a peach?
Dinner:
Curried lentils with carrot served on quinoa
3 baby baked potatoes
2x small Broccoli pieces
2 teaspoons of cashew and sunflower seed cream (cashews, sunflower seeds, water, lemon and salt)
1/3 avocado
2 small pieces of yellow capsicum
a squirt of lemon juice
Breastmilk before bed
*not pictured but obviously, Aubrey also had plenty of water too
*Please note, some days Aubrey eats much less than he did on this particular day. Do not stress if your child doesn't eat the same quantities as mine. Each child is different. Aubrey is going through a growth spurt and will eat anything you put in front of him at the moment!! He will even accept food from strangers :P
