- Shinji | Eva fan | Sure he's got a few issues, but he just wants to see his favorite series get the respect it deserves!
- Misato | Hideaki Anno | Godly creator of Evangelion. Bit of a potty-mouth in this sketch, but actually super chill IRL. He's been working hard on an Eva reboot tetralogy called "Rebuild of Evangelion."
- Kensuke | ADV Films | Original distributor of NGE in N. America. Responsible for the OG dub. The company dissolved in 2009 tho :(
- Toji | Manga Entertainment | They released EOE, Death & Rebirth (the movies) in N. America. Can't say much for the quality, but uh... the DVD menus are super cool!
- Rei | Gainax | The studio behind Eva and SO many other awesome anime! I could gush about them all day. But they're... not exactly what they used to be. Besides birthing other studios without "X" in their name, read more about them here:
- Misato's car | Khara | Anno left Gainax in 2007 to found this studio. They produce the Rebuild films, and some other cool stuff.
- Kaworu | Funimation | You know 'em. They have the rights to the Rebuilds, and also Shin Godzilla (directed by Anno). "Nearly three years": hiatus between 3.0's original theatrical release and Funimation's 3.33 Blu-rays. "Irony Alert": to me, the pictured quote says "I regret NOT picking up the rights to NGE." So the words coming out of Kaworu's mouth would be ironic. Like, Alanis Morissette-levels of ironic.
- Sachiel | Sentai Filmworks | ADV films dissolved into two companies: this one and...
- Shamshel | Section23 Films | ... also this one. They might've shared rights to Eva, but if so, they let them expire.
- Ramiel | Aniplex | Nothing to do with Eva. But fans were hoping SOMEONE would pick up those distribution rights!
- Leliel | EvaGeeks | A goldmine of Eva lore, discussion and other info. I show mainly stuff from the Wiki (like a bit about the Re-Take doujinshi heheh), but there's plenty of other amazing geeky treasures stored up there.
- Asuka's tiddies | Netflix | the streaming platform that NOW HAS EVANGELION, GO WATCH IT
