While Sean's background is in finance, his truest passion is pursuing personal fitness through weightlifting and nutrition, through home cooking healthy meals for himself and his family. In his life, Sean has lost over 100 pounds without surgery and without the help of any chemicals. Because of this, he likes to advise his clients about how and where to spend their “wellness dollar.” Your wellness dollar isn't just insurance. Lots of things aren't covered by insurance and people have to figure out which is the most important to spend their wellness dollar on. He spent a lot of time interviewing personal trainers, dietitians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and general health care providers to figure out how to create an efficient approach to spending your wellness dollar.
Sean lives with his partner, Christina and his daughter Judy. He enjoys various outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and kayaking.
