A1 teaser sparks controversy: Complaint filed against Santhanam 

Actor Santhanam and produced Rajnarayanan are in trouble as a political outfit has filed complaint against their upcoming film A1 (Accused No 1).

 Santhanam's upcoming film A1 (Accused No 1) has sparked a controversy as a political party called Hindu Tamizhar Katchi (HTK) as filed a complaint against the hero of the movie Santhanam and the producer Rajnarayanan for depicting the Brahmin community in a bad light.


Tara Alisha Berry is paired opposite Santhanam in the upcoming film, which has music by Santhosh Narayanan. Santhanam, who was a successful comedy actor in Tamil cinema, has been attempting to make it big in the industry as a hero. However, he has not been able to churn out a path-breaking film so far.

At the press meet of his upcoming film 'A1', Santhanam said that finding a proper release is a tedious process. 

Santhanam is currently awaiting the release of his movie

directed by debutant director Johnson. The movie is expected to hit screens this month, and the actor’s long-delayed movie.
