Case of IHD / HT / CAD/ Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
Person had Heart attack on 28th, April 2019 and investigated with Left & Right Coronary Arteries blocks ,
Since 28 th of April 2019 he undergone Thrombolysis in hospital at Roha , but due to no improvement further he was shifted to Nair Hospital Mumbai for further treatment.
Investigation Reports:
40% block of LMCA, type 3 with,LAD 70%, 80% Diagonal block, Non dormant LCx 80% stenosis, Dominant RCA, with total occlusion, Left Atria dilated, involving RWMA entire anterior wall , Left Ventricular dilatation & LEVF : 25- 30% only.
