Why Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton left Wimbledon separately in different cars

Why Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton left Wimbledon separately in different cars Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton appeared to put rift rumours to bed when they watched the Women's Final at this year's Wimbledon together.  The Duchesses chatted and laughed from the Royal Box as Simona Halep stunned Serena Williams to earn her first Wimbledon title.  It's the second year in a row the royal woman have attended the event together, but their departure was very different this year.  Last year Meghan and Kate spent the whole afternoon together, tucking into lunch in the members area before meeting a group of excited ball boys and ball girls and chatting to some of the junior players.    After the match ended it is believed that the two women left together.  However the 2019 visit was very different, and Meghan actually left several hours before Kate.    The royals were joined by Kate's sister Pippa to watch the final, with the Duchess of Sussex sitting between the two Middletons.  The trio chatted throughout the game and seemed to getting on well.  However as soon as the shock match ended, Meghan left.    The new mum was seen leaving Centre Court and getting into a car at about 3.30pm, just half an hour after her pal Serena was defeated.  Kate and Pippa on the other hand stayed for the next game - the Men's Doubles Final - and didn't leave the ground until about 6.30pm.  Pippa moved up and sat next to Kate and the sisters, who are both huge fans of the sport, appeared to get really into it.  There are of course lots of reasons why Meghan didn't decide to stay.    She's technically still on maternity leave so she probably just wanted to get home to baby Archie.   She also had a big day on the Sunday, heading to Leicester Square for the glitzy premier of the Lion King along with Beyonce and Elton John.  Meghan might have also wanted to comfort her pal Serena, who suffered an unexpected defeat in the short match.  And of course last year Meghan and Kate both lived at Kensington Palace, so it would have made sense for them to share a car home.
