John 10:12–13
The true role of a shepherd is that they lead by example.
They feed and tends and cares for the sheep entrusted to them
But today the church boards appoint and hire men and women to be their pastor leaders. Those who are hired present their resume, as for any other job, which is sickening and leaves no room for the will of God and the leading of The Holy Spirit.
