On July 21 2019, at 10:15am, the victim, a 33 year-old female, was on the 1500 block of Susquhanna Avenue when she was approached by an unknown clack male from behind who and tried to pull her backpack off of her. As she resisted the suspect pulled the complainant to the ground and drug her across the sidewalk. When the complainant screamed the suspect fled without taking anything. Suspect Description: Black male, 20-30 years-of-age, 5'10" tall, medium build, low cut hair, long beard, wearing a white t-shirt and black jeans.
