Directors of Africa Spirit, associated Humphrey Kariuki, in court over tax evasion

A director of African Spirits Limited, an alcoholic beverage manufacturing company associated with businessman Humphrey Kariuki, has been charged with tax evasion.
Peter Njenga who appeared before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi on behalf of the company pleaded not guilty and was released on 20 million shillings cash bail.
