Enforcement Directorate continues to grill former minister DK Shivakumar in Delhi. DK Shivakumar was given a lunch break and after which the questioning has resumed. He was questioned for close to 3 hours in the morning. he appeared before the ED sleuths around 11 am. He was reportedly questioned by 4 senior ED sleuths mainly on foriegn investments and bank accounts.
Dks Questioned Over Rs 8.5 Crore Found at Sunil Sharma's House, Money Was Allegedly Transferred to Delhi Through Hawal, Sleuths Reportedly Grilling Dks Over Source of the Money, Sleuths Also Question About Delivery of Cash & to Whom, 4 Senior Ed Sleuths Interrogate Dk Shivakumar, Ed Had Posed Over 70 Questions to Dks on Friday, Ed Questioning Dks Over Foriegn Investments & Bank Accounts, Ed Questioning Dks Under Foreign Exchange Management Act-
DK Shivakumar reportedly spoke to his counsel over phone and sought their legal advice earlier. If ED sleuths are not convinced with DKS' answers he may be taken into custody. Within 24 hours of being taken into custody, he will be produced before court. ED slueths may then seek for custody for close to 5 to 14 days. Other possibility is that DKS may be released and then can be asked to appear for questioning again
