How To Get Diagnosed With POTS | Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome How To Get Diagnosed With POTS | Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome

Hi guys!

One of my most frequently asked questions is about diagnosing pots and my diagnosis story - so I covered both in this video :) I rambled on a bit about symptoms & how to test for pots at home to determine if the official testing may be necessary, so feel free to skip that if you want (1:45!). Or if you want to know how to do it, you can watch a video about it here:

I also covered tests like the tilt table test , poor mans tilt table test and active stand test , as well as which doctors to see and who can diagnose it :) I hope this was helpful and not too basic- I just get asked all the time and I thought it could be helpful for people who are just starting their diagnosis journey and want to know what to expect :)

And here's the link to my friend Izzy Kornblau's video about the criteria for POTS, which you might also find helpful:

Hope you're as well as you can be,

Georgina xx

Ps, say hi to my teddy Bluey in the comments if you read this far, I don't know if anyone reads my descriptions so it'll be interesting to see :)
