Mesmerizing Acrylic Pouring With The Leaky Cup Technique

Mesmerizing Acrylic Pouring With The Leaky Cup Technique In today's acrylic pouring project, we tried the leaky cup method and made a gorgeous painting with some great colors and beautiful cells. Watch the satisfying video until the end to see the final result, and let us know what you think! What other colors should we use in our future projects?

Friends, if you're gonna try this at home, please note that the acrylic paint we used in this art project was previously mixed with floetrol, silicone fluid, and water. Here are the proportions:
1 oz of acrylic paint
1 oz of floetrol
0.5 oz of water
4-5 drops of silicone fluid

We prepped the colors in separate cups, and coated the canvas with a white base - made from white acrylic paint, floetrol and water. As you can see in the video, we made some tiny holes in the cup, stuck a plastic cap on its bottom, placed it on the canvas and started pouring the colors. After handling the canvas we heated the painting with a small blow torch and formed some really beautiful cells. We love the result! What do you think?
