Tutorial:
Step 1: Prepare your nail.
Use the SensatioNail file (available in our starter kit) to shape your nails, then gently buff them.
Use the cuticle stick provided to gently push back your cuticles.
Cleanse your nails using the lint-free wipes and Gel Cleanser. These items are available in our Stater Kits, or separately.
Finally, apply the Gel Primer to your nail.
TOP TIP: apply primer based on your nail type. Do you have normal/dry nails? Apply primer only on the tip and around the edges of your nail. Oily nails? Apply primer as you would nail polish, across the full nail.
Leave this to air dry for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Paint your nails.
Mixing Method: Select a regular polish of your choice. We’ve chosen to create our own colour by mixing Nailtural Wholesome Wisteria and Whimsical White,
In the pot provided in your kit, drop equal parts regular polish and Gel Transformer to the pot and mix together.
Paint your nails with your new colour.
TOP TIP: Ensure you ‘cap’ the end of your nail by tracing the brush along the tip of your nail.
Cure this for 30 seconds.
Apply a 2nd coat.
Cure this for 30 seconds.
Cure these for 30 seconds or repeat this as desired and until opaque coverage is achieved.
Using the Gel Transformer alone and apply this has a top coat.
Cure this for 15-30 seconds.
Wipe with cleanser and lint free wipes.
Painting Method:
Paint your nails with 1-2 coats your chosen regular polish.
Wait for this to dry.
TOP TIP: Leave your regular polish to air dry for around 30 minutes to ensure all solvents have evaporated – if your nails are not dry enough, when you apply and cure with your transformer the polish will wrinkle. * Regular polish takes 20 minutes to touch dry and up to 24 hours to dry completely.
Apply a thin layer of clear Gel Transformer.
Cure for 30 seconds.
Apply a 2nd coat of clear Gel Transformer.
Cure for 30 seconds.
TOP TIP: Ensure you ‘cap’ the end of your nail by tracing the brush along the tip of your nail.
Wipe with cleanser and lint free wipes.
You’re good to go!
