Prime Time | What Becoming A Union Territory Means For Ladakh Engineer and innovator from Ladakh, Sonam Wangchuk speaks to Ravish Kumar about the impact of diluting Article 35A that gave exclusive rights to permanent residents for land ownership in Ladakh.
