President Uhuru Kenyatta has warned of stern action against anyone planning to disrupt next week's 2019 population census saying the government will deploy security officers to ensure the safety of enumerators. The president who formally launched the countdown to the national population census called on Kenyans to co-operate with the enumerators saying data collected from the exercise will assist the government to ensure equitable allocation of resources.
