There's a lot of hate on Shadow Priests scattered around the internet. I find they perform much better than what is said. In terrible gear (66 spell power), I find that their damage is fine and mana isn't the problem its made out to be. This is good news, because it can only get better from here. While there isn't a lot of Shadow Priest content, there are a few videos that I have found in other tiers (ZG, AQ, Naxx) where Shadow does just fine. Check them out here:

Kala is going to be one of the best Shadow Priests to watch when Classic WoW launches. I highly suggest his streams. Lately he has been practicing leveling routes if you're interested in that.
