Deepak Maini, Insolvency Professional & Advocate represented ASC Group in the Business Valuation Summit 2019, conducted at Connaught place, Delhi on 30th July 2019.

Deepak Maini was one the panelist along with other four panelists. This was a huge platform for big entrepreneur, corporate leaders, start-ups, founders, etc., opening window of opportunities and brainstorming, networking, collaborating & co-creating innovative business model.

The panelist argued on various topic such as the role of registered valuers, distressed asset valuation, litigation arising under the IBC, practical challenges, valuation of respective asset classes, fair value & market value, etc.

Mr. Maini & Mr. Manish Kaneria (Panelist), also argued on bidding higher and lower value for asset and resolution plan vs. valuation of the asset.
He also put forward the need for resolution plan and challenges insolvency professional encounter while valuing the asset under insolvency & Bankruptcy code 2016.
