Be aware of your surroundings while running Training for the Chicago Marathon. We had a big reality check on safety while running during our 18 mile long run this week.
Remember to run with friends. Watch out for each other. Don’t accept that everyone is harmless. Equip yourself with some sort of defense. Carry your phone with you!
