Satellite presentation on Invest 95L has continued to improve through much of the day today for it to be deemed for the chance of Potential Tropical Cyclone formation within 24 to 48 hours. However recent Recon Data shows that the disturbance still lacks a closed low circulation for tropical depression thresholds but air pressure data shows that the pressure continues to fall this evening. The last few frames from satellite indicate that a closed low could be forming and a tropical depression looks certainly likely by tomorrow morning if this trend continues. Recon data did find near tropical-storm-force winds on the Northern and Northeaster side. This is evident with very deep convection that has been very persistent near the trough. Based on all of this data I'm giving the Disturbance a High 90% chance of development in 24 hours with a High 100% chance in 48 hours. The Invest remains rather stationary with some jiggles to the west and east but the motion to the NW should begin overnight tonight as Southeastern steering current increases.
