Porter Ranch sits in a wind tunnel that during hot Santa Ana events erupts in flames. This week's fire (October 13, 2019)started in Sylmar and jumped the 5 Freeway and made a run at Granada Hills and Porter Ranch. Her's a short video of it's after-effects.
