Hard Rock hotel collapses on Canal Street in New Orleans

The Hard Rock hotel, under construction near North Rampart and Bienville, has had some of the top floors of the building collapsed. As of 9:45 a.m. it is uncertain about injuries or what caused the collapse.

The crane appears to be involved and is in the middle of the rubble.
