In today's video I walk Mookie through 10 simple workouts that burn fat and build muslce. We show different variations of each workout to help accommodate people no matter what level they are on in their fitness journey. Some of these workouts Mookie has been doing from the beginning and others he tried today for the first time. I take him through his first 5 workouts, which are outdoor and only require your bodyweight. The last 5 workouts Mookie is trained by a weight-loss specialist, and we both pick up some tips !
